These compact models that are made up of the smallest nozzles with DDHRS and a small magnetic drive pump enable to apply micro-bubble technology to various scenes of our daily life.
Nozzles of eco-Bubble®-S1, S2
Compact nozzles with DDHRS for
releasing micro-bubbles (S1: 16.3 cm
(H),S2: 13.3 cm (H)). The micro-
bubble generators equipped with
these compact nozzles are able to
treat 10 to 1,000 L of the water.
Acrylic plastic chamber model
The model made up of an acrylic
plastic chamber (S1: 20 L,S2: 10 L)
with a DDHRS nozzle and a magnetic
drive pump. Ambient air or various
gases (oxygen, ozone, carbon
dioxide, hydrogen) are available.
Misty micro-Bubbles in the water
The micro-bubbles (about 15 µm)
released from eco-Bubble®-S. They
look like mist in the water, and are
suspended in the water for a long
time, dissolving gas of the bubbles,
due to extremely low buoyancy.
Extremely high capacity of micro-bubbles for gas dissolution to the water
DO increase curves by the aeration of 22 L of the tap
water in a chamber with pure oxygen gas, using an air
stone (diameter 50 mm) + air pump and eco-Bubble®-S1.
Water temperature: 15.4 to 16.3 ˚C in the air stone and
air pump, 15.5 to 20.8 ˚C in eco-Bubble®-S1.
eco-Bubble®-S1 exhibits remarkably high dissolution capacity of oxygen gas to the water. The DO increase curve by the aeration with an air stone + air pump at the gas flow rate of 2.4 L/min. using pure oxygen gas ( □ ) was totally overlapped with that by eco-Bubble®-S1 at the gas flow rate of only 0.1 L/min. ( ■ ). Approximate 23 hold higher dissolution rate of oxygen gas to the water was noted by the aeration of eco-Bubble®-S1 (50. 1%, temperature: 16.9 to 17.4 ˚C, aeration time: 3’57”) to that by the air stone and air pump (2.2 %, temperature: 16.1 to 16.2 ˚C, aeration time: 3’ 30”) when DO of the water increased from 10 mg/L to 20 mg/L.
