eco-Bubble® N series consists of a housing with 1, 3, or 5 sets of DDHRS nozzle and a pump to carry the water to the housing. These models can release a large amount of micro-bubbles in the water by creating a double vortex of the water and mixing the high-speed rotating water and air sucked up from the outside of each nozzle.

eco-Bubble®-3N and -5N enable to aerate a large amount of water with micro-bubbles of ambient air or oxygen gas at aquaculture facilities and waste water treatment plants efficiently. They also can exhibit a large capacity for adjusting pH of waste water with micro-bubbles of carbon dioxide gas.

eco-Bubble®-N sesies are made up of a housing that 1, 3, or 5 nozzles are built in and a pump that carry the water to the nozzles. To release micro-bubbles from the nozzles, a required amount of water needs to be sent to the nozzles. The water creates high-speed rotating double vortex in each of the nozzles, sucking the air or gas to the center of the vortex through an air tube connected at the bottom of the nozzle, and release 5 to 6 L of micro-bubbles per min. from the top of the nozzles. If an additional compressed air (or gas) is supplied to the nozzle, max. 20 L of micro-bubbles can be released from each nozzle.

Remarks:The capacity for releasing micro-bubbles from the nozzle changes markedly, depending on the density and viscosity of the water. In the freshwater, eco-Bubble can release micro-bubbles at the air (gas) flow rate of max. 3 L per min..

Pump capacity required by eco-Bubble®

N-series of eco-Bubble® need the following capacity of the pump for producing micro-bubbles. If the capacity of the pump does not satisfy the required levels, the production of micro-bubbles will be restricted markedly.
